A patent pending, technology based solution that is designed specifically for your REO requirements.

Operating in environments with or without electricity, REO SENTINEL™ is a unique, 24-hour monitoring, detection, and notification solution for your vacant properties.

REO SENTINEL™ is a custom-designed monitoring device built specifically from requirements provided by experts in the REO mortgage markets. Working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—and often operating in harsh environments—REO SENTINEL™ simultaneously monitors various programmable and ad hoc situations. REO SENTINEL™ contains a built-in motion sensor which selectively activates photo capture and can be programmed to operate only during specific times of day if so desired.

The images are transmitted to our monitoring facility and stored in the property data base. Depending on pre-established client procedures, our monitoring facility can send emails and/or text messages to pre-determined numbers, including your property preservation company, real estate broker, or other emergency contact number.

The REO SENTINEL™ suite of products consists of a primary sentinel module (PSM) and optional satellite sentinel modules (SSM). The primary sentinel module communicates wirelessly to the family of satellite modules within a property as well as to our monitoring facility. The satellite modules are designed to be lower cost remote devices capable of a wide variety of functions. As a network of integrated sentinels protecting your properties, REO SENTINEL™ offers you an invaluable and cost-effective solution to assist in monitoring your entire portfolio.

A few examples of current satellite sentinel functionality are remote entry cameras, water and gas detection sensors, and broken glass detectors. These satellite sentinels are typically located in basements, second stories, and attics. Optional water sensors alert the REO SENTINEL™ in a wireless and battery-powered fashion and can be located around areas that water may be found such as sump pumps, hot water tanks, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Possible next generation sensors may include loss of power, frozen pipe, GPS for asset location, and even mold detection sensors.

Complimenting the services provided by the REO SENTINEL™ solution is our web-based reporting module. All data and images collected and transmitted are stored in an encrypted SQL database and are accessible via password protected admission. Using a customized on-line dashboard, Mortgage Servicers, Investors, Insurers—as well as approved property maintenance companies—can view portfolio level statistics, specific property event logs, notification to other vendors, captured still images, and sensor data.
